Crews & Associates, Inc. has been a registered broker-dealer since 1979. The firm's trading and sales floor is located in downtown Little Rock's First Security Center. Our employment objective is to hire focused individuals with a career interest in buying and selling fixed income securities.
Industry knowledge is valuable. At Crews & Associates, we also recognize desire and motivation as important keys to a successful career in the securities industry. We have established our own internal training program, which we implement during an employee's first year in business. Our classroom environment is designed to equip new employees with the work habits, ethical considerations, and investment aptitude needed to help achieve our clients' investment goals.
Compensation and Benefits
Our account executives are hired as full time employees rather than as private contractors. Buying and selling securities, as their customers deem necessary, are the goals of our account executives. As this is accomplished, Crews & Associates is able to offer competitive compensation packages. Your income, as an account executive, is generated by your marketing and sales efforts on buy and sell transactions.
