Scott Beardsley, senior vice president of First Security Beardsley, is also a member of the Crews Capital Markets Group.
Scott has specialized specialized in financial models involving ad valorem taxes and Arkansas schools since 1993. He has developed computer models to assist schools in understanding both local revenue and the state funding formula. He works with school districts across Arkansas as both an analyst and lead banker.
