Marshall Hughes serves the financial needs of Arkansas school districts as a financial advisor for First Security Beardsley Public Finance, a division of Crews & Associates. In addition, he is an experienced investment banker for Crews' Capital Markets Group.

Marshall's position of service allows him to understand and meet his specific financing needs of a wide variety of issuers. In addition to school finance, he has successfully structured transactions related to water and sewer financing, tax increment financing and tax-exempt leases for issuers in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Ohio and West Virginia.

Marshall holds a BSBA in Financial Management from the University of Arkansas and holds the following professional (FINRA) licenses: Series 7, General Securities Representative; Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination; and Series 79, Investment Banking Representative.
