As head of municipal underwriting at Crews, Katie is a link between our capital markets team and our investing customers. Katie handles the competitive bidding for the underwriting department and also works with the underwriting team to price the negotiated bond issues that come to market through Crews. With over a decade at Crews, Katie uses her sales experience to help salesmen with their customer inquiries to find new issues in the market. Being in tune with customer needs also allows her to structure deals to be attractive to salesmen’s customers. She graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management and holds the Series 7, 63, 52 and 53 licenses.
Outside of Crews, Katie holds a personal trainers certification and teaches boxing classes. On the weekend you can find her outside gardening, hiking or relaxing.
