Ray serves the financial needs of Arkansas school districts as a financial advisor for Crews’ school advisory group, First Security Beardsley, serving as senior vice president. In addition, he is an experienced investment banker in Crews’ Capital Markets Group. In this capacity, he works with cities and counties on bond refundings and various tax initiatives for construction of municipal facilities and infrastructure.
Ray attended the business school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. When he isn’t serving the financing needs of a wide variety of issuers, Ray enjoys travel, time with family and entertaining.
